Abstract

Appareil de photothérapie sélective par un rayonnement ultraviolet Le dispositif à rayonnement ultraviolet comporte 5 à 20, de préférence 10 à 12, lampes 4 à basse pression au mercure, en forme de barreaux, à la manière de lampes fluorescentes, disposées parallèlement à une faible distance l'une de l'autre, qui émettent un spectre continu présentant, entre les rayonnements UVB et UVA, une grande intensité qui décroît cependant fortement dans le domaine de rayonnement UVA, de préférence à 330 nm environ, et sur le trajet du rayonnement émis, est située à environ 295 nm. Application : actinothérapie UV, notamment pour le traitement du psoriasis.
