Abstract

The suspension clamp is of the type which has a body (2) having in its central part a transverse hole through which a pin (4) passes on which the body (2) pivots. The pin (4) is supported at its ends by side plates (5) whose upper parts are attached to hook elements (6) of a support. The body (2) has at its upper part a cradle (7) which supports a cable (8). Clamping of the cable (8) in the cradle (7) is achieved by a clamp block (9). On the upper part of the clamp block (9) are two stops. A flexing strap is supported on these two stops is arranged in a throat (15) formedin the upper part of the clamp block (9). The clamping means consists of a tapped fitting (16) and a clamping screw (17). The tapped fitting (16) cooperates at its lower end with a nut and at its uper end with a counter nut (19) and washer.
