Abstract
Suivant ce procédé pour la fabrication d'un support rotatif à têtes magnétiques destiné à l'enregistrement et/ou à la reproduction de signaux couvrant un large spectre de fréquence, en particulier des signaux vidéo, alors que sur un support en forme de disque en un endroit déterminé situé en regard d'une surface de référence dont est muni le support et qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de celui-ci, est élaborée au moins une tête magnétique qui comporte un circuit magnétique en forme de plaquette avec une surface de roulement, en entrefer utile, une fenêtre de bobine ainsi qu'une bobine passant par cette fenêtre à une certaine distance de ladite surface de référence du support, cette distance se situant dans la zone centrale de l'entrefer utile de la tête magnétique, est défini un niveau de référence pour l'entrefer utile de la tête magnétique, après quoi, par rapport à ce niveau et à l'aide d'un faisceau de laser orienté en direction de la surface de roulement de la tête magnétique, on éloigne, d'abord d'une des deux surfaces principales du circuit magnétique en forme de plaquette; et ensuite de l'autre surface principale située en regard de la précédente autant de matière sur la hauteur totale de l'entrefer que le permet la formation de deux évidements situés en regard et en forme de goulotte, la largeur de l'entrefer utile s'en trouvant réduite à une dimension définie d'avance.
