Abstract
L'invention concerne les dispositifs à couplage de charge Pour assurer un fonctionnement linéaire d'un dispositif à couplage de charge formé sur un substrat 10, on utilise une charge de polarisation dans le puits de potentiel d'entrée. Dans ce but, on ajoute un signal de charge proportionnel à un signal d'entrée et une charge de polarisation, et on effectue cette addition de charge dans la region linéaire de la caractéristique de transfert signal/charge engendrée du dispositif. Application aux cameras de télévision à l'état solide.
