Abstract

Des tôles, feuillards et minces bandes pauvres en cornes, bien transformables et d'une haute résistance mécanique, se composant d'alliages d'aluminium durcissables par précipitation du type AlSiMg sont fabriqués par coulée en continu ou coulée en bandes, laminage à chaud et à froid. On utilise un alliage AlMgSi qui contient un excès de silicium insoluble aux températures d'homogénéisation de 450-550 degrés C usuelle pour ce type et subsistant dans la matrice sous une forme finement dispersée bien définie après un recuit de ce type.
