Abstract

a. Procédé pour la production continue de pulpe à partir de matière cellulosique ligneuse, par défibration et/ou raffinage entre des disques de raffinage tournants l'un par rapport à l'autre, en atmosphère de vapeur, à température élevée, la matière étant traitée en présence d'alcali, et des matières à action chimique, étant ajoutées, telles que liqueurs contenant des composés << per>>, notamment des peroxydes tels que peroxyde d'hydrogène et peroxyde de sodium. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce que les substances ayant une action chimique sur la matière sont ajoutées seulement lorsque la matière se trouve dans la section d'introduction vers les disques de raffinage ou entre ces disques. c. Procédé applicable à la défibration et le blanchiment de fibres de bois pour production de pulpe raffinée.
