Abstract

Ce composé a la formule I ci-après. Pour le préparer, on fait réagir le chlorure chlorhydraté de l'acide 6-chlore-nicotinique avec l'homocystéine-thiolactone dans un solvant inerte et anhydre et en présence de pyridine ou d'autres bases organiques tertiaires. Ce composé et ses sels pharmacologiquement acceptables sont peu toxiques et sont actifs contre les hyperlipidémies et les hepatites.
