Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de tiolactona de N-6-cloronicotinoil-d,l-homocisteína, de fórmula ***(Ver fórmula I) y sus sales farmacológicamente aceptables, caracterizado por el hecho de que se hace reaccionar clorhidrato de cloruro de ácido 6-cloronicotínico con clorhidrato de tiolactona de homocisteína en un disolvente inerte y anhidro, en presencia de piridina u otro compuesto básico terciario orgánico.
