Abstract

Dispositif d'exposition pour une machine de reproduction de documents muni d'un réflecteur à facettes d'affaiblissement des zones d'ombre correspondant aux bords du document. Le dispositif d'exposition selon la présente invention comprend un réflecteur à facettes 24 incorporé dans un couvercle 22 d'une plaque transparente 10 destinée à supporter un document 11 d'une machine de reproduction de documents, qui vient au-dessus du document quand le couvercle est fermé. Les rayons lumineux qui rencontrent les facettes 30, 32 du réflecteur au-delà des bords du document sont réfléchis suivant le trajet optique pour décharger le photorécepteur autour de la zone où est formée l'image latente électrostatique pour éviter ainsi le développement de zones sombres dues à l'épaisseur du document. Application à une machine de reproduction de documents pour éviter la production de zones sombres sur les copies correspondant aux bords des documents.
