Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif à ondes de surface élastiques. Le dispositif comprend un substrat piézo-électrique, des transducteurs d'entrée et de sortie du type à électrodes en forme de doigts entrecroisés placés sur une surface du substrat et écartés l'un de l'autre de manière à définir entre eux une trajectoire de propagation pour les ondes de surface, et un élément absorbant 24 des ondes de surface placé en chevauchement partiel sur la partie terminale du transducteur 22, l'élément absorbant 24 ayant des bords latéraux opposés qui se coupent suivant des diagonales à la trajectoire de propagation des ondes de surface. Le dispositif de l'invention permet l'élimination presque totale des ondes parasites réfléchies sur les extrémités des transducteurs. L'onde réfléchie la plus gênante est réduite d'un facteur de 46 dB par rapport au signal de sortie principal.
