Abstract

Déchiqueteur à arbres de coupe tournant en sens opposés, à couteaux imbriqués et mus par moteur, à faible risque d'auto-destruction sans coefficients de sécurité excessifs. Un embrayage 21, à débrayage automatique pour valeur préfixée du couple transmis, sépare le moteur 9 du réducteur 25, 26, dont le rapport de réduction est tel que, pour toute valeur du couple moteur en régime de non débrayable, la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre le plus lent dépasse toujours une valeur critique, définie par le rapport couple/vitesse d'arbre lent apparaissant pour l'effort-limite appliqué à un bec d'élément de coupe. Destruction de déchets solides.
