제1도는 본 발명의 변속 장치 분해 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 변속 장치의 조립 단면도, 제3도는 제2도의 변속장치가 주립상태에서 공회전되고 있는 상태를 나타낸 단면도.
Claims (4)
- 연동부(10A)를 갖는 입력축(10)의 회전력이 전달되는 제1차동기어부(11)와, 제1차동기어부(11)의 회전력이 연결되는 회동축(13)과, 회동축(13)의 회전력이 연결되는 제2차 동기어부(14)와, 제2차동기어부(14)의 관축(14E와 14F)이 그 안에서 자전이되며 관축(14E와 14F)과 함께 공전이 가능하도록 된 캐리어부(16)로 되며, 제2차동기어부(14)의 기어(14A)에는 센서부(17)가 형성되고 기어(14C)에는 피동축(15)이 연결되며 연동부(10A)와 센서부(17)의 동력 전달을 제어하는 브레이크 시스템(18) 및 연동제어부(19)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서부(17)는 기어(14A)에 원통형으로 연장 설치되며 브레이크 시스템(18)은 내부 수축식 브레이크슈로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연동제어부(19)는 포크(19A)와 이 포크로 좌우 이동이 가능한 링기어(19B)로 되며 연동부(10A)에 스프라인부(10S)와 센서부(17)에 스프라인부(17S)를 형성하여 링기어(19B)로 스프라인부(10S)와 스프라인부(17S)의 치합이 가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력축(10)에는 오버드라이브장치(3)를 연결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
