Abstract

Procédé de préparation du 5-amino- 1,2,3-thiadiazole. On fait réagir un halogéno-acétaldéhyde X-CH2 - CH =O ou un acétal de ce composé avec un dérivé de l'hydrazine H2 N-NH-COR pour former l'acylhydrazone de formule X-CH2 -CH=N-NH-CO-R, que l'on fait réagir avec le chlorure de thionyle pour obtenir le 5-halogéno-1,2,3-thiadiazole correspondant, puis on fait réagir celui-ci avec l'ammoniac. Dans les formules précédentes, X désigne un atome d'halogène et R un radical alcoxy ou un groupe amino ou alkylamino. Le produit obtenu est employe pour la fabrication d'agents phytosanitaires, par exemple d'urées herbicides.
