Abstract

The system contains a ventilation duct which is fitted under the roof of the vehicle. The duct is fitted longitudinally along the vehicle. The duct has an air intake for fresh air which is directed opposite to the direction of motion. The inside of the duct is furnished with a shutter and is also fitted with outlet passages into the inner vehicle space. The delivery of air into the vehicle is located in the centre of the vehicle and in a transverse position. The shutters consist of clap valves hinged at the upper edge.
