Abstract

The packing box is in the form of a tray and has a flat base (1) connected to two sides (2) of a height (h). The ends of the sides are folded over inwards and tuck into the double ends of the box. The ends of the box (3) are made up of a double member (7) which is joined onto the base of the box and a flap (9) which folds over a re-inforcing piece (13). The flap (9) is finally located vertically on the inner surface of the box. The sides of the flap are strengthened with two pieces of wood (17) which are stapld onto the flap.
