Abstract

The packing tray is made from a single sheet of material and has a base with vent holes. The sides are folded over to a double thickness from the extension of the base. The ends are also made from double thickness, one piece attached to the base, and two pieces joined to the sides at the corner. The side pieces form a reinforcing rib in the centre.
