Abstract

The fabric of the blind is joined to a roller at its upper end and to a bar at its lower end. The bar is in turn joined to tension arms. At the upper end there is a rigid tube through which there is part of the roller. The tube has a slot which runs parallel to its longitudinal axis through which passes the blind. The rolled part of the blind presses against the interior face of the tube just before the material passes through the slot.
