Description

The invention relates to a shading and / or visual protection device according to the preamble of claim 1.

From the EP 0 745 742 A2 An articulated arm awning is known, with a winding shaft for winding a flat shading element to a wound bale, which is unwound from the winding shaft, wherein the winding shaft is moved forward and backward in the unwinding and wherein the Gelenkarmmarkise has a winding bale supporting support device.

From the FR 2 223 542 A1 and the EP 1 416 102 A2 awnings are known with a supporting device for supporting the awning fabric bale with a friction-reducing coating.

From the DE 195 20 162 C2 an awning with an awning fabric is known, wherein the front edge of the awning cloth is attached to a skirt, with which the awning fabric is pulled off during clamping of a fabric shaft on which it is wound into a fabric cloth bale and wherein the fabric shaft rotatably mounted at their ends and is provided with a support, wherein the support a Supporting surface which extends over almost the entire length of the fabric shaft and at least a large part of the edge strip facing peripheral surface of the wound on the fabric shaft awning fabric bale and extends to below the awning fabric.

It has been found that, depending on the material of the awning fabric, or the flat shading element, especially in those with a plastic or PVC coating, a very high static friction between the awning fabric bales and the support surface is formed, especially that at very high temperatures, the Awning or the vertical shading may be exposed in the summer, a PVC-coated flat shading element adheres to the support surface in places.

The disadvantage here is that to overcome the static friction during winding and unwinding of the shading element very high forces are spent and that it does not adhere to a uniform winding of the cloth by punctiform adhesion.

The object of the invention is therefore to develop a support device for supporting a wrapping bale of a wound on a winding shaft flat shading and / or privacy protection element so that the static friction between the bale and the support device is reduced in order to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages without the Risk of detachment of a friction-reducing support of the support device due to the static friction exists.

This object is achieved by a shading and / or visual protection device according to claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.

Because the support device has a support surface with at least one friction-reducing insert and / or support, the static friction between the winding bale and the support device is reduced, in particular adhesion of the winding bale to the support device is prevented. It is particularly advantageous that for winding and unwinding of the flat shading and / or privacy protection element due to the reduced static friction between reel bale and support only lower forces, or torques on the winding shaft are required and at the same time a uniform winding of the flat shading and / or visual protection element on the winding shaft is made possible to a winding bale.

It is advantageous if the inserts and / or supports are formed by brushing and / or felt and / or batt. In particular, it is advantageous if the inserts and / or supports are strip-shaped, in particular in the form of the axis of the winding shaft parallel strips are formed. Alternatively, it is also possible, not merely individual strips, but to provide a large-area friction-reducing insert and / or support in or on the support surface, in particular in the form of a covering the entire support surface felt or the like.

Preferably, the inserts and / or pads are positively in a corresponding recesses of the support surface, in particular in dovetail grooves or T-shaped grooves. In such designed grooves in which the deposits and / or constraints einliegen, it is advantageously possible to insert the correspondingly shaped deposits during assembly from the side into the corresponding grooves of the support surface, which particularly preferably parallel to the winding shaft in the support surface are arranged.

In a further preferred manner, the inserts and / or supports can be non-positively, in particular by clamping in corresponding recesses of the support surface, in particular einliegen in grooves.

Preferably, the inserts and / or pads may be adhered to the support surface.

Preferably, the support surface has a concave shape, in particular a part-cylindrical shape. The curvature of the cylindrical surface is in this case preferably adapted to the curvature of the outer circumference of the winding bale completely wound on the winding shaft.

Preferably, the support surface extends over almost the entire length of the winding shaft, respectively, it corresponds in its extension of the length of the winding shaft. In this case, the support surface can be supported by a plurality of holders distributed over the length of the winding shaft.

It is advantageous if the support surface has a directed to the unwinding of the flat shading and / or visual protection element guide edge for the shading element on which the shading element can slide along during unwinding and unwinding. Preferably, the guide edge is convex curved above, so that the shading element always rests on a large support surface and gently slide along it.

Preferably, the support surface is designed such that it supports the winding bale against the force of gravity and / or against the clamping force in the unwinding of the flat shading and / or privacy protection element. It is particularly advantageous if the support surface extends around the winding bale over an angle of 90 ° to 180 °, in particular at least 120 °. As a result, a large-scale support of the wrapping bale is possible.

Preferably, the inserts and / or pads are arranged to reduce the friction between the roll bales and support surface in the region of the support surface, which arranged the bale against gravity and / or in the region of the support surface, the bales against the tension in the unwinding of the flat shading - And / or visual protection element is supported.

The support device may advantageously consist of a thin sheet metal. Preferably, it has on the side facing away from the winding shaft stiffeners and / or fastening means with which it can be fastened to holders. Preferably, the fastening means are designed such that the positions of the support surface relative to the winding shaft adjustable and the support surface can be fixed, so that in a simple manner can be carried out mounting of the support device.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a shading and / or visual protection device, in particular awning with a winding shaft for winding a flat shading element, in particular an awning fabric, which can be unwound from the winding shaft, wherein the shading and / or visual protection device has a supporting shaft supporting the supporting device. According to the invention, the shading and / or screening device has a supporting device with at least one friction-reducing insert and / or support. Particularly advantageous is the arrangement of a support device according to the preceding description.

It is advantageous if the shading and / or visual protection device is designed in such a way that the winding shaft can be moved back and forth in the unwinding direction, since this ensures that the wound bale is always supported over a large area on the support surface, because and Rückbewegbarkeit the winding shaft of the wound bales always bears against the support surface.

This embodiment has the advantage that the main load of the roller tube, or winding shaft during winding and unwinding is absorbed primarily by the two bearings at the ends of the winding shaft, wherein on the incoming or outgoing shading element only very low frictional forces are exerted in that, however, the wrapping bale is supported extensively on almost its entire width on its front and underside by the supporting surface when the wrapping bale completely fills and the winding shaft moves downwards under the high weight of the fully wound wrapping bale and under the tension exerted by the sidebar and bends forwards. When unrolling the shading element, the winding shaft bearings slide forward, so that the winding bale always rests against the support surface and is supported by this.

The winding shaft preferably has at its ends substantially horizontally displaceable sliding bearings, which are independently displaceable against adjustable stops forward and backward. This embodiment has the advantage that the winding shaft at the end of Aufwickelvorganges something can skew, so that even a skirt closes the awning housing gap-free, which is attached to an obliquely cut edge of the awning fabric.

The cloth shaft or winding shaft can be mounted at their ends in sliding blocks, which slide in slide guides of bearing supports. In this case, each sliding block can be determined at any point of its link guide and it is possible to adjust by sliding stops in the slide guide the sliding path of the sliding blocks and limit.

In FIG. 1 illustrated is a support device 50 for supporting a winding bale, not shown, of a wound on a winding shaft flat shading element, ie, for example, an awning fabric bark of an awning in cross section. The support device 50 has a support surface 51 for supporting the winding bale.

The support surface 51 is designed partially cylindrical and supports the winding bale, not shown, both against gravity, as well as against the clamping force in the unwinding direction, which takes place according to the arrow 52. The support surface 51 is thus loaded in a range between 7:00 and 9:00 clock essentially by the winding bale.

In this area, the support surface 51 in the illustrated embodiment of the invention a total of 8 equidistantly arranged T-shaped grooves 53 for receiving usable in this friction-reducing deposits 54.

The friction-reducing inserts 54 have a correspondingly shaped T-shaped foot, so that they are suitable to be pushed laterally into the grooves 53. On their side directed toward the winding bale, the inserts 54 have brushes on which the winding bale can slide.

On the side facing away from the winding bale side of the support device 50 fastening means 55 are provided, by means of which the support device 50 can be fastened.

By arranging a total of eight equidistant grooves 53 for receiving the friction-reducing deposits 54, a large-area support of the wrapping bale is ensured both against gravity and against the clamping force in the withdrawal direction 52 and good sliding of the wrapping bale on the supporting device 50.

In the Figures 2 and 3 is designated by 10 awning of large width, which is arranged in an awning box 11. The awning box 11 is attached to a wall support 12 on a wall of the house, not shown, and takes the fabric shaft or winding shaft 13 with the wound on it awning cloth bales or bales 14. At its front, the awning box 11 is closed by a skirt 15, which has a Kedernute 16 in its upper part, in which the front edge 17 of the awning fabric and the shading element 18 is secured with a piping 19.

The roller tube or winding shaft 13 has at its ends 13a and 13b shaft journals 20, with which it is rotatably mounted in sliding blocks 21, which form the bearing with the shaft journal 20. The sliding blocks 21 in turn are mounted in slide guides 22 of bearing supports 23 such that they can move independently in the direction of the arrows 24 and 25 in the direction of the edge strip 15 back and forth.

The bearing supports 23 are integrated in the head plates 11, which are fastened to the end faces of the awning box 10.

Wickelwellenlager bilden. The sliding blocks 21 can be detected in any position with clamping screws 27, which are screwed in the region of the slide guides 22 in the bearing bracket 23. In addition, a set screw 27 'is provided in each bearing support 23, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the bearing support 23 and serves as a stop, with which the path length s of the sliding blocks 21, or the shaft journal 20 can be adjusted, which form the fabric shaft bearing or winding shaft bearing ,

One recognizes FIG. 2 in that the edge strip 15 facing circumferential surface 28 of the awning fabric bale or winding bale 14 wound on the fabric shaft 13 for the most part bears against a support surface 29 which is formed by the concave inner side of a partially cylindrical support strip 30. The support strip 30 extends over almost the entire length L of the fabric shaft 13 and is supported by a plurality of, over the length L of the fabric shaft 13 arranged distributed holders 31. Each holder 31 is secured with pins 32 and clamps 33 on the awning housing 11 and has support cams 34 and locking teeth 35 to which the support bar 30 can be attached.

On the inside, i. on the support surface 29, the support device 30 has a plurality of grooves in friction-reducing deposits 291 which extend in a strip parallel to the winding shaft 13. The inserts 291 are formed by felt strips. By the inserts 291, the static friction between the roll bale 14 and support surface 29 is reduced, but without affecting the supporting effect of the support device 30.

The support strip 30 has on its side facing away from the cloth shaft 13 side 36 a stiffener 37 and fasteners 38 and 39 in the form of claws, which engage behind the locking teeth 35. At its upper edge 40, the support bar 30 carries a convexly curved guide edge 41 directed towards the edge strip 15, on the curved surface 41 of which the awning cloth 18 can slide along when the edge strip 15 is moved forwards and downwards by the articulated arms of the awning, not shown, and the Awning fabric 18 is subtracted from the fabric shaft 13.

It can be seen that when the awning 10 is clamped on and the awning fabric 18 is pulled off, the fabric roller 13 rotates in the direction of the awning cloth bale 14 in the direction of rotation. Under the tension exerted on the awning fabric 18, the fabric shaft 13 moves in the direction of arrow 25 to the right, so that the fully wound awning fabric bale 14 is pressed against the support surface 29 of the support strip 30, With decreasing awning cloth drum diameter widen the shaft journal 20 with their sliding blocks 21 and the slotted guides 22 of the bearing bracket 23 in the direction of arrow 25 to the right until the sliding blocks 21 rest on the screws 27 serving as stops'.

How path length s of the sliding blocks 21 is so limited by means of the screws 27 'and can also be set unequal length. This makes it possible to make the fabric shaft 13 skewed within certain limits and to achieve that even an obliquely cut awning fabric can be wound straight and without wrinkles.
