Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av stabila parente-rala lösningar av 2-fenyl-l,2-bensisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, 5 kännetecknat därav, att 2-fenyl-l,2-bensisose-lenazol-3(2H)-one (Ebselen) blandas med en fosfolipid el-ler flera fosfolipider och eventuellt ett eller flera hjälptillsatsmedel pä känt sätt, blandningen sättes tili en fysiologisk saltlösning, pH hos den resulterande fysio-10 logiska lösningen regleras tili ett neutralt värde, eventuellt medelst hjälptillsatsmedel, och den resulterande lösningen steriliseras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att viktförhällandet mellan 2-fenyl- 15 l,2-bensisoselenazol-3(2H)-one och fosfolipiden eller fos-folipiderna i lösningen ligger mellan 1:2500 och 1:15.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att fosfolipiden eller fosfoli-piderna är naturliga eller syntetiska fosfolipider. 20
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att den naturliga fosfolipiden är soyabönlecitin eller ägglecitin eller en höggra-digt renad fraktion därav.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 25 kännetecknat därav, att den naturliga fosfolipiden är fosfatidylkolin, fosfatidylglycerol eller en blandning därav. « · «.( anti i i i-u . .
