Claims (8)
1. Sensor av enzym-elektrodtyp för bestämning av ett ämne, som skall analyseras, varvid ämnet, som skall 5 analyseras, kan 1 närvaro av ett enzym omvandlas tili en sädan art, som kan pävisas med en sensor, vilken omfattar en elektrod och en membran, som släpper igenom västkor och lösta ämnen och är anbrlngad me11an elektroden och provet, vilket innehäller ämnet, som skall analyseras, varvid 10 nämnda membran omfattar ett skikt, som innehäller ett el-ler flera enzymer, samt ett materialskikt, som är placerat mellan det enzym-innehällande skiktet och provet, k ä n -netecknad därav, att nämnda materialskikt innehäller ett omräde, genom vilket ämnet, som skall analyse-15 ras, är kapabelt att passera, och vilket är format av po-röst material, som har begränsad genomsläpplighet och porosi tet inom omrädet av 0,001 - 0,5 % och vars genomsnitt-liga pordiameter icke är större än 0,025 pm.
2. Sensor enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-20 n a d därav, att den innehäller en laminerad membran, som omfattar ett enzym-innehällande skikt placerat mellan ett första materialskikt och ett andra materialskikt, varvid första skiktet är mellan det enzym-innehällande skiktet och elektroden i sensorn.
3. Sensor enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck- n a d därav, att första skiktet i membranen är bildat av polymetylmetakrylat, cellulosaacetat eller polyuretan.
