Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt aktiva 2,2-dimetylkromenderivat med formeln 5 Q 10 ^OOr0113
0 Xch3 väri Z betecknar en cyano- eller dietylfosfonogrupp, 15 kännetecknat därav, att en 3-kromanol med formeln n 20 zW^Ay-oh m» ch3 25 väri Z betecknar samma som ovan, dehydratiseras med en alkalimetallhydrid.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 för framställning av6-cyano-4-(1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-l-pyridyl)-2,2-dimetylkro-men, kännetecknat därav, att 3-kromanol med 30 formeln II 2i 9054 5 ^ N^O LL. s*\—cH-i ch3 10 dehydratiseras med en alkalimetallhydrid.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att en 3-kromanol med formeln (II) dehydratiseras med natriumhydrid i tetrahydrofuran vid en temperatur mellan 50 °C och 100 °C.
