Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en medicintab-lett med flere skikt, i form av en fast enhetsdos, k ä n- 5 netecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett, som omfattar: a) ett skikt, som innehäller ca 25 - 400 mg ibupro-fen eller ett farmaceutiskt godtagbart sait därav i bland-ning med farmaceutiskt godtagbara exipienter; 10 b) ett skikt som innehäller ca 0,1 - 140 mg piperi- dinoalkanol eller ett farmaceutiskt godtagbart sait därav i blandning med farmaceutiskt godtagbara exipienter; och c) ett skikt som innehäller en farmaceutiskt god-tagbar exipient interfolierad mellan nämnda ibuprofen in-15 nehällande skikt och nämnda piperidinoalkanol innehällande skikt, för att bilda ett barriärskikt dem emellan, genom att bringa skikten tillsammans i ändamälsen-lig följd.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -20 tecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett, där barriärskiktet föreligger i en mängd av ca 5 - 40 vikt-% räknat pä tablettens totalvikt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett, där 25 barriärskiktet föreligger i en mängd av ca 5 - 30 vikt-% räknat pä tablettens totalvikt.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett, där barriärskiktet föreligger i en mängd av ca 10 - 30 15 vikt-% räknat pä tablettens totalvikt.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, k ä n netecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett, där barriärskiktet bestär av en diluent och bindmedel.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, k ä n n e -35 tecknat därav, att man framställer en tablett där 9 Π / Lj o bindemedlet och diluenten utgörs av mikrokristallin cellu-losa.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att ätminstone ett av skikten inne- 5 häller ett sympatikusstimulerande, svullnadshämmande me-del.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer en tablett, där piperidinoalkanol-antihistaminskiktet ytterligare innehäl- 10 ler ett sympatikusstimulerande, svullnadshämmande medel.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer en tablett, där det sympatikusstimulerande, svullnadshämmande medlet är pseudoefedrin, piperidinoalkanolen är a-[4 — (1,1-dimetyle- 15 tyl)fenyl]-4-(hydroxidifenylmetyl)-1-piperidinbutanol och ibuprofenet är 2-(p-isobutyl-fenyl)propionsyra, eller far-maceutiskt godtagbara sait därav.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer en tablett där: 20 a) ibuprofen föreligger i en mängd av ca 100 - 300 mg; b) pseudoefedrin föreligger i en mängd av ca 15 -60 mg; och c) α-[4-(1,1-dimetyletyl)fenyl]-4-(hydroxidifenyl- 25 metyl)-1-piperidinbutanol föreligger i en mängd av ca 15 - 60 mg.
