Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av alfaamylas genom fermen-tering pä i och för sig känt sätt av mikroorganismer av arten Bacillus subtilis i ett närmedium med en för mikroorganismer av arten Bacillus subtilis i och för sig känd sammansättning och eventuellt avskiljning av alfaamylasen ur fermenterings-mediet, kännetecknat av, att man fermenterar Bacillus subtilis DSM 2704 eller dess naturliga eller synte-tiska mutanter som vid fermentering bildar minst 200000 U/ml, fördelaktigt minst 250000 U/ml alfaamylas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att man fermenterar Bacillus subtilis DSM 2704 eller dess naturliga eller eyntetiska mutanter som vid fermentering bildar minst 200000 U/ml, fördelaktigt minst 250000 U/ml alfaamylas och högst 10 NU/100000 amylasenheter, fördelaktigt högst 8 NU/100000 amylasenheter proteas.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av, att fermenteringen utförs vid pH 5,0...9,0, fördelaktigt pH 6,0...8,0.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1...3, kännetecknat av, att fermenteringen utförs vid 25 °C...50 °C, fördelaktigt 33 °C...45 °C.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1...4, kännetecknat av, att fermenteringstiden är 30...90 timmar, fördelaktigt 50...70 timmar.
