Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för rengöring av en sinter använd för filt-rering av en metallkatalytsuspension, kännetecknat av att sintern behandlas med en vattenlösning av väteperoxid för 5 att förtränga metallkatalyten ur porerna med hjälp av en gas utvecklad av den av metallkatalyten förorsakade nedbryt-ningen av väteperoxid, tills gasutvecklingen upphör som ett tecken pä att det inte längre finns betydande mängder metallkatalyt i sintern. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för rengöring av en filterenhet bestäende av sintrar som härstammar frän kata-lytisk hydrering av antrakinon eller dess derivat, genom att skölja filterenheten med lösningsmedel som använts tili 15 lösning av antrakinon eller dess derivat och genom att av-dunsta filterenheten för avlägsning av lösningsmedlet, kännetecknat av att den sköljda och avdunstade filterenheten behandlas med 5-50 % vattenlösning av väteperoxid sä länge eller sä mänga gänger att gas inte längre väsentligt utveck-20 las, varefter filterenheten tvättas med vatten och till slut torkas.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat av att filterenheten behandlas med en 5-15 %, tili exempel 10 % 25 vattenlösning av väteperoxid.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 eller 3, kännetecknat av att den med vatten tvättade filterenheten tvättas med en varm vattenlösning av syra som löser metallkatalyt, före 30 en ny väteperoxidbehandling, vattentvätt och slutlig tork-ning.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av att efter lösningsmedelssköljning och avdunstning tvättas fil- 35 terenheten med en varm basisk vattenlösning och sköljs med vatten före den egentliga väteperoxidbehandlingen. i3 86380

8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknat av att en 25-35 %, tili exempel 30 % vattenlösning av kvävesyra, vars temperatur är 60-70°C, tili exempel 65°C, används.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 5-8, känneteck-15 nat av att en 1-20 %, företrädesvis ca. 5 % vattenlösning av NaOH används, vars temperatur är över 20°C, företrädesvis 70-90°C, tili exempel 80°C.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkraven, 20 kännetecknat av att en keramik- eller metallsinter tvättas, vilken använts för filtrering av en ädelmetallkatalyt, sär-skilt Pd-svärta.
