Claims (6)

1. Pärlglanspigment pä basis av glimmerfjäll, vilka belagts med metalloxider, i synnerhet titandioxid, k ä n- 5 netecknat därav, att pigmentet har ett täckskikt av tenndioxid och/eller ceriumdioxid för att erhälla för-bättrad stabilitet i glasyrer och emaljer, varvid täck-skiktet utgör minst 10 vikt-% av totalpigmentet.
2. Pärlglanspigment enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n -10 netecknat därav, att täckskiktet utgör 10 - 20 vikt-% av totalpigmentet.
3. Förfarande för framställning av pärlglanspigment, vilka baserar sig pä glimmerfjäll, som belagts med metalloxider, i synnerhet titandioxid, och vilka har för- 15 bättrad stabilitet i glasyrer och emaljer, vid vilket förfarande tili en vattensuspension av ett glödgat eller icke-glödgat glimmerfjällpigment, som belagts med en eller flera metalloxider, sätts ätminstone en gäng en lösning av ett tenn- och/eller ceriumsalt, varvid suspensionens pH-20 värde hälls konstant genom att samtidigt tillsätta en bas inom ett omr&de, där det tillsatta saltet hydrolyseras, och det pä detta sätt med tenndioxid och/eller ceriumdioxid belagda pigmentet separeras, och om sä önskas, tvättas och torkas och sedan kalcineras, k ä n n e -25 tecknat därav, att mängden tenn- och/eller ceriumsalt väljs sä, att täckskiktet utgör minst 10 vikt-% av totalpigmentet.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n netecknat därav, att suspensionens pH hälls i ett 30 värde mellan 1-7.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne-tecknat därav, att som baspigment används ett pig- : ment, som belagts med titandioxid i rutilform.
6. Användning av pärlglanspigment, vilka baserar 35 sig pä glimmerfjäll, som belagts med metalloxider, och 10 86071 vilka har ett täckskikt av tenn- och/eller ceriumdioxid i en mängd av minst 10 vikt-% beräknat pä totalpigmentet, för pigmentering av glasyrer och emaljer.
