Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för framställning av orala, antidiabetiska preparat, som innehäller sulfonylurean eller 4-[2-(aroy1ami-no)etyl]-bensoesyror med formeln I Rl>-\ \(^j^ co-nh-ch2-ch2— COOH (I) r2 där RjL är en halogenatom, företrädesvis en kloratom och R2 är en 1-3 kolatomig alkoxigrupp eller piperidin-l-y1 eller oktametylen-iminogrupp eller substituerade 4-(aralkylamino-karbonylmetyl) bensoesyror med formeln II Rs R 7 0 N<^\ I II , \ V ))--CH-NH-C-CH2-(( -COOH (II) r4 där R-* är en 1-4 kolatomig alkylgrupp, f öreträdesvis en n-propyl-grupp, eller fenylgrupp, R4 är en piperidin-l-yl-, pyrrolidin-l-yl eller hexametylen-iminogrupp och R5 är en väte- eller halogenatom eller en metyl- eller metoxi-grupp, eller en blandning av dessa ämnen, känneteck-n a t därav, att i ett lösningsmedel löses surt eller amfo-tert reagerande aktivämne med hjälp av basiskt reagerande hjälpämnen i närvaro av polyvinylpyrrolidon i vikt förhällan-det aktivämnet tili polyvinylpyrrolidon 1:1 - 1:10 och even-tuellt i närvaro av andra lösmedia, varvid aktivämnets mol-förhällande tili det basiska eller sura hjälpämnet skall vara mindre än 1:1, lösningen indunstas och eventuellt vidarebehan-dlas tili önskad preparatform med hjälp av andra hjälpämnen. 24 8521 7
2. Förfarande för framställning av orala, antidiabetiskt verkande preparatformer enligt patentkravet 1, vilka innehäl-ler glikvidon och/eller 4-[2-(5-klor-2-oktametyleniminobenso-ylamino)etyl]bensoesyra och/eller 4-[N-(a-fenyl-2-piperidino-bensyl)-aminokarbonylmetyl]-bensoesyra och/eller 4-[[l-(2-piperidino-fenyl)-l-butyl]-aminokarbonylmetyl]-bensoesyra och en löslig bärare kännetecknat därav, att genom att tillsätta ett eller flere basiska hjälpämnen loses aktiv-ämnet eller -ämnen i ett 1ösningsmedel, varvid aktivämnets mol förhäl1ande tili det basiska hjälpämnet skall vara mindre än 1:1, till detta loses polyvinylpyrrolidon och eventuellt andra lösmedia och denna lösning indunstas, eventuellt vidare-behandlas tili önskad preparatform med andra hjälpämnen.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att aktivämnets eller blandningens av aktivämnen mol förhäl1ande tili det basiska hjälpämnet hälles vid 1:1,1 - 1:10.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att förhällandet av aktivämnets eller blandningens av aktivämnen och lösmedias totalmängd är 1:1 - 1:10 viktdelar.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att som andra lösmedia används poly-etylenglykol, polyoxietylen-polyoxipropylen-polymerat, poly-etoxylerad sorbitanmono-oleat, sorbit, glycerin-polyetylen-glykoloxistearat, polyoxietylenfettalkoholetrar eller bland-ningar av dessa ämnen.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att som bas används natriumhydroxid, kaiiumhydroxid, ammoniak, tert.-natriumfosfat, dietanolamin, L-lysin, etylendiamin eller N-metyl-glukamin.

Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav för fram-ställning av oralt, antidiabetiskt verkande ämnen innehällande preparat, kännetecknat därav, att surt eller amfotert reagerande aktivämnen tillsammans med basiskt reage- 25 8521 7 rande hjälpämnen, varvid aktivämnets mol förhällande tili det basiska hjälpämnet skall vara mindre än 1:1, är bundna vid polyvinylpyrrolidon, eventuellt i närvaro av ännu andra lös-media, emulgerande eller andra hjälpämnen, och det torkade materialet, eventuellt tillsammans med andra hjälpämnen, bearbetas till motsvarande 1äkepreparat.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7 för att framställa anti-diabetiskt verkande preparatformer, kännetecknat därav, att de innehäller som andra lösmedia och/eller emulgerande ämnen polyety1englykol, polyoxiety1enpolyoxipropy1en-polymerat, polyetoxylerät sorbitanmono-oleat, sorbit, poly-oxietylenfett-alkoholestrar, glycerinpolyety1englykoloxistea-rat eller blandningar av dessa ämnen.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7 och 8 för framställning av preparat, kännetecknat därav, att dessa innehäller som basiska hjälpämnen natriumhydroxid, dietanolamin, ety 1 endiami n , Γ,-lysin eller N-mety 1 gl ukamin, varvid aktivämnets förhällande tili det basiska hjälpämnet är 1:1,1 - 1:10 viktdelar.
