Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för framställning av nya terapeutiskt använd-bara triazino[6,l-a]isokinolin-5-ium-2-(lH)-id-derivat och isomerer därav med den allmänna formeln I, R, § >1 R2 _ ^ T väri Rl är en fenylgrupp, som valbart är substituerad med en halogenatom eller en trifluormetylgrupp, R2 stär för väte, halogen, hydroxi eller Ci_4-alkyl, och R3 stär för väte, hydroxi eller Ci_4~alkoxi, kännetecknat av att a) för framställning av föreningar med den allmänna formeln I, väri R2 är väte, halogen eller Ci_4-alkyl och R3 är hydroxi, omsätts en förening med den allmänna formeln II, R-, H Rl R2 /11/ eQ0-e väri Ri, R2 och R3 har samma betydelse som ovan och A- stär för en anjon, med en bas, eller b) - för framställning av föreningar med deri allmänna formeln I, väri R2 är väte, halogen eller Ci_4~alkyl och R3 är Ci_4_ 24 80452 alkoxi, omsätts en förening med den allmänna formeln III, R1 \ N . 3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att man framställer l-(4-klorfenyl)-l-metoxi-as-triazino-[6,1-a]isokinolin-5-ium-2-(1H)-id.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknat av att man framställer l-(4-klorfenyl)-as-triazino[6,l-a]-isokinolin-5-ium-2-(1H)-id-3-on.
