Claims (10)
1. Isolerband av osintrad, fint strukturerad plast med fluorpolymeratbasis, t.ex. tetrafluoretylenplast, 5 vilket bands tjocklek vid mittdelen av dess tvärsnitt är högst 200 pun och bredd högst 50 mm, vilket band uppvisar en jämn yta och vars lindning är bestämmade vid framställ-ning av produkter, kännetecknat därav, att isolerbandets tvärsnitt har bildats i formen av en lins 10 eller en trapets, dess tjocklek vid mittdelen är minst 30 pm, maximitjocklek vid kantytor 5 pm och bredd minst 4 mm.
2. Isolerband enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att bandets tjocklek vid det för- 15 stärkta mittomrädet är 30-200 pm, företrädesvis 60-180 pm och pä kantomrädet 5 pm eller mindre, och att bandets bredd är 4-50 mm, företrädesvis 10-30 mm.
3. Isolerband enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att bandet bestär av en icke- 20 bearbetbar, osintrad, pulver- eller grynformig plastsmälta med hög temperaturbeständighet.
4. Isolerband enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att den högtemperaturbeständiga plasten är en fluorpolymer, t.ex. en polytetrafluorpolymer.
5. Användning av ett isolerband enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4 för framställning av beläggningar för elkablar och -ledningar.
6. Användning av ett isolerband enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4 för framställning av rörledningar för 30 mottagning eller transport av vätske- eller gasformiga ämnen.
7. Användning av ett isolerband enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4 för framställning av ihäliga profilstänger, rör eller slangar, varvid väggen hos själva röret eller 35 slangen bestär av ett vecklat band.
