1 COCH3 1,0 OH ! 1. dm II NH R -i *2 jossa R^ on vetyatomi tai metoksiryhmä, R^ on bromi- tai klooriatomi ja R^ on trifluoroasetyyliryhmä, tai R^ on fluo-riatomi ja R^ on trikloroetoksikarbonyyliryhmä, ja tälle suoritetaan (R^-COCFg) lievä alkalinen hydrolyysi 0,1 N natriumhydroksidin vesiliuoksella tai (R =-C0-0-CH CC1 ) pel- w & 3 kistävä suojaryhmän poisto sinkkijauheella ja etikkahapolla asetonissa lämpötilassa 0°C, jolloin saadaan kaavan (A) (X=H) mukainen vapaa glykosidiemäs, joka eristetään hydrokloridina käsittelemällä sitä metanolisella kloorivedyllä, ja haluttaessa tämän annetaan reagoida kloroformiin liuotetun bromin kanssa niin, että saadaan vastaava 14-bromojohdannainen, josta natriumformiaatin vesiliuoksella suoritetulla hydrolyysil-lä saadaan kaavan (A) mukainen vapaa glykosidiemäs (X=0H), joka eristetään hydrokloridina. 14 78109 Analogiförfarande för fraaställning av en terapeutiskt verka nd e antracyklinglykosid enligt den älläänne foraeln (A)
