Claims (22)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett membran i form av en film, slangfolie eller ihälig fiber, kännetecknat därav, att man extruderar en homogen blandning av ätrainstone tvä komponenter, varvid ena komponenten är en smältbar polymer ooh andra komponenten en i forhallande till polymeren inert vätska och väri bägge komponenterna bildar ett binärt system, vilket i flytande tillständ innehäller ett omräde med fullständig blandbar-het och ett omräde med ofullständig blandbarhet, vid en temperatur överstigande utskiljningstemperaturen i ett bad, vilket innehäller den inerta vätskan av komponentblandningen som ska extruderas och har en temperatur understigandeutskiljningstemperaturen hos den extruderade blandningen, och det bildade membranet stelnas i form av en film, slangfolie eller ihälig fiber.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det bildade membranet efter stelnandet tvättas med ett lösningsmedel.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att man för tvättningen använder aceton.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att mellan sprutmaskinens utlopp och badet inbegrips en luftspalt.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat därav, att luftspalten har uppvärmts.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att man extruderar den homogena blandningen direkt i badet.
7. Förfarande enligt näcrot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att badtemperaturen ligger ätminstone 100°C under utskiljningstemperaturen hos den använda binära blandningen.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att man först extruderar den homogena blandningen i ett med badvätska fyllt spinnrör, som kopplats med badet.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknat därav, att man som polymer använder pcj 1ypropylen. 18 70733
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att man som inert vätska använder N,N-bis-(2-hydroxietyl)hexadecylamin.
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-10, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att man använder ett bad med temperatursteg.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11,känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man använder en homogen blandning, som innehäller 10-90 vikt-% polymer och 90-10 vikt-% inert vätska.
13. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-12, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man som kontinuerlig Ström blandar de bägge komponenterna före extruderingen.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 13, känneteck-n a t därav, att man för blandandet använder en stiftblandare.
15. Membran i form av en film, slangfolie eller ihälig fiber, som har framställts av en syntetisk polymer, kännetecknat därav, att det innehäller 10-90 volymprocent med varandra i för-bindelse stäende porer och en glatt öppna porer uppvisande yta, varvid andelen öppningar i ytan uppgär tili 10-90%, och vilket har framställts sä, att man extruderar en homogen blandning av ätmins-tone tvä komponenter, varvid ena komponenten är en smältbar polymer och andra komponenten en i förhällande till polymeren inert vätska och väri bägge komponenterna bildar ett binärt system, vilket i flytande tillständ innehäller ett omräde med fullständig blandbar-het och ett omräde med ofullständig blandbarhet, vid en temperatur överstigande utskiljningstemperaturen i ett bad, vilket innehäller den inerta vätskan av komponentblandningen som ska extruderas och har en temperatur understigande utskiljningstemperaturen hos den extruderade blandningen, och det bildade membranet stelnas i form av en film, slangfolie eller ihälig fiber.
16. Membran enligt patentkravet 15, kännetecknat därav, att det har en skenbar tjocklek av 10-90% av den använda polymerens verkliga tjocklek.
17. Membran enligt patentkravet 15 eller 16, kanne- t e c k n a t därav, att dess permeabilitetskoefficient är ät--12 2 minstone 10.10 cm .
