Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för framställning av 5-acyl-1-alkylpyrrol- 2-ättiksyraderivat med formeln Ί Ϊ R'C^ CH-COOH I M f £ o ! R väri R är C^_^alkyl och R' är alkylfenyl, känneteck- n a t därav, att man omsätter 5-cyan-t-alkylpyrrol-2-ättiksyra med formeln XX NC Ij CH2COOH II R med en Grignard-förening med formeln R'MgX III i vilka formler R och R' har ovan nämnda betydelse och X är halogen, och hydrolyserar den erhällna reaktionsprodukten.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav,att man använder mer än 2 mol av Grignard-föreningen med formeln III per en mol 5-cyan-1-alkylpyrrol-2-ättiksyraderi-vat med formeln II.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att Grignard-föreningen med formeln III är en p-tolyl-Grignard-förening.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att föreningen med formeln II är 5-cyan-1-metyl-pyrrol-2-ättiksyra.
