Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av laminat med förbättrad sammanhäftning, vilkas vätlamineringshällfasthet är större än 350 p/25 mm (begynnelsevärde) och 500 p/25 mm (efter 30 dygn), genom bestryckning av flexibla substrat med ett bestrykningsharts, som är ett högtryckspolyetylen, vars täthet är 0,915-0,930 g/cm3 och smältindex (190°C/2,16 kp) 0,2-20 g/10 min och som framställts i autoklavreaktorer med praktiskt taget fullständig äterbland-ning vid en tryck pä 800-3000 bar i närvaro av en friradikal-initiator, kännetecknat därav, att högtryckspolyetylenen (LDPE) är framställt genom ett förfarande, väri a) tvä autoklaver är seriekopplade sä att den första reaktorns hela reaktionsprodukt överförs tili den andra reaktorn, b) förhällandet mellan längd och diameter (L/D) i vardera autoklaven är 1:1-3:1, c) inflödesströmmen av monomeren eller monomererna uppdelas mellan vardera reaktorn sä att monomerströmmen tili den första reaktorn är lika stor som eller större än monomerströmmen tili den andra reaktorn, d) reaktionstemperaturerna i vardera autoklaven regleras sä att reaktionstemperaturen i den första reaktorn är lägre än reaktionstemperaturen i den andra reaktorn, och e) som initiator i den första reaktorn används samma initiator eller en annan än i den andra reaktorn.
2. Laminat som har förbättrad sammanhäftning och vilkas vätlamineringshällfasthet är större än 350 p/25 mm (begynnelsevärde) och 500 p/25 mm (efter 30 dygn) och som framställts genom att man bestryker flexibla substrat med ett bestrykningsharts av högtryckspolyetylen (LDPE), vars täthet är 0,915-0,930 g/cm och smältindex (190°C/216 kp) 0,2-20 g/10 min och som framställts i autoklavrektorer med praktiskt taget fullständig äterblandning vid en tryck pä 800-3000 bar i närvaro av en friradikal-initiator, kännetecknade därav, att högtryckspolyetylenen framställts sä, att a) tvä autoklaver är seriekopplade sä att den första reaktorns hela reaktionsprodukt överförs tili den andra reaktorn,
