Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för demetallisering av kolväteoljor, kannet ecknat därav, att en kolväteolja med en total vanadin- och nickelhalt av över 500 ppm (vikt) vid förhöjd temperatur och förhöjt tryck och i närvaro av väte bringas i kontakt med en icke-promoverad katalysator, som uppfyller följande villkor: (1) p/d>3,5-0,02 v, där p är den genomsnittliga specifika por-diametern i nm, d är den genomsnittliga specifika partikel-diametern i mm och v är av den totala porvolymen den procent-andel som best&r av porer med en diameter över 100 nm, (2) den totala porvolymen är över 0,40 ml/g, (3) v är under 50%, (4) d är 0,5-4,0 mm, och 2 (5) den specifika arean är över 100 m /g; för det fall att katalysatorn har sädana p- och d-värden, att kvoten p/d icke är över 10-0,15 v, uppfyller katalysatorn följande ytterligare villkor (a) kväve-porvolymen är över 0,60 ml/g, (b) den specifika arean är över 150 m /g och (c) p är över 5 nm.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att den använda katalysatorn har ett d-värde av 0,6-3,0 mm.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att det genomföres under tillsats av väte-sulfid.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känneteck- n a t därav, att det genomföres i närvaro av en sädan mängd vätesulfid, att kvoten P C/P satisfierar ekvationen H2fa H2 _4 + 200 2Pt-60 Pt * (PT>2 1 Ph2s/P«2 < "V5* där P„ , P„ _ och P_ betecknar vätets partialtryck respektive tl H 2 “ 1 vätesulfidens partialtryck respektive det totala trycket i bar.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, k ä n - neteckn at därav, att det genomföres vid en temperatur av 350-450°C, ett vätepartialtryck av 25-200 bar och med en -1 -1 matningshastighet av 0,1-10 kg.kg .h
