Claims (12)

1. Polyester-aminoalkylalkoxisilan-polymer som är användbar som överdrag och adhesionsförbättrande medel för glas och som har en molekylvikt större än 1000, kännetecknat därav, att don inneh.il ler enheter med formcln 27 6438 3
0 S-- 0 0 0 0 K /"=V I» M «I» "'c\ 0 - - CCH*CHC----0R0 -- --CCH2CaiC -- (X) _a_ -b~ -d- NHCCHgC^HH) y(^H2)ySiX^_z ) _ e R’z i vilken formel R är en tvävärd kolväteradikai, R' är en envärd alkyl-, aryl- eller aralkylgrupp, X är en envärd alkoxigrupp, y är O eller 1, v är ett helt tai 1...6, z är O, 1 eller 2, a är O eller en molfraktion mellan 0,004...0,6, och b, d och e är molfraktioner mellan ca 0,004...0,6 under förutsättning av att d är större än, lika med eller litet mindre än a + b + e.

Förfarande för framställning av en polyester-aminoalkylalkoxi-silan genom Michael-additionsreaktionen, kä nnetecknat därav, att man bringar att reagera med varandra A. en omättad konjugerad polyester med en molekylvikt om minst 1000 och omfattande enheter med formeln (II), 'o 21 Γ° «Π f C - CCH»CHC -· -- 0R0 -* UI) JaL. -11> L —d i vilken formel R betecknar en tvävärd kolväteradikal, a är 0 eller en molfraktion mellan 0,004 och 0,6 och b och d är molfraktioner frän ca 0,004...0,6, vilken polyester om sä önskats bringats att reagera med ett organiskt di-isocyanat, för att bilda en omättad konjugerad polyester med förlängd kedja med en molekylvikt om minst 5000, och B. en aminoalkylalkoxisilan med formeln R' I 2 H2N(CH2CH2NH)y(CH2)vSiX{3_z) (III) i vilken formel R' är en envärd alkyl-, aryl- eller aralkyigruDpt χ är en envärd alkoxigrupp, y är 0 eller 1, v är ett helt tai 1...6 och z är 0, 1 eller 2, vid en temperatur om ca 0...235 °c, för att framställä polyester-aminoalkylalkoxisilan. 28 64383
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 , kännetecknat därav, att man bringar polyester-aminoalkylalkoxisilanen att reagera med vatten, för att bildaett hydrolysat av denna aminoalkylalkoxi-silan.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 , kännetecknat därav, att molekylvikten för den omattade konjugerade polyestern är minst 2000.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 , kännetecknat därav, att molekylvikten för den omattade konjugerade polyestern är minst 4000.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att aminoalkylalkoxisilanen är gamma-aminopropyltrietoxisilan.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 , kännetecknat därav, att aminoalkylalkoxisilanen är N-beta-(aminoetyl)-gamma-aminopr opyltr imetoxisiian.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2 , kännetecknat därav, att det organiska di-isocyanatet är toluen-di-isocyanat.
9.
