Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för lösande av erytrosin under sura betingelserf kännetecknat därav, att man disperge-rar erytrosin i ett lösningsmedel, som är vatten, glycerin, pro-pylenglykol eller etanol och sora har ett pH Over ca. 4,5, var-vid ätminstone största delen av erytrosinet, beräknat ρδ vikten, loses i lösningsmedlet; fixerar erytrosinet därefter ρδ ett substrata som är stärkelse, dextrin,socker, mjölktorrsubstans, gelatin,hyd-rokolloid eller buffertsalt; löser det fixerade erytrosinet i en vattenlösning i närvaro av gelatin för en εδά3η tid, att erytrosinet är stabilt i en vattenlösning med ett pH under ca. 4,5, och att det bildas en vattenlösning, som är väsentligen ogrumlig och fri frän fällningar och justerar vattenlösningens pH tili ett värde under ca. 4,5.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att erytrosinet fixeras ρδ ett substrat genom att belägga substratet med en dispersion av erytrosin,varefter det torkas
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k änneteck-n a t därav, att erytrosinet fixeras ρδ ett substrat genom att lösa substratet i lösning tillsammans med erytrosinet, varefter erytrosin/substratlösningen torkas.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att en bas tillsätts i lösningsmedlet före fixerin-gen av erytrosinet ρδ substratet för regiering av pH i erytrosin-dispersionen tili ett värde av ca 6-10.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känneteck n a t därav, att substratet är gelatin.
6. Torr erytrosinkomposition, som löst i en lösning med ett pH under ca. 4,5 bildar en lösning, som är väsentligen ogrumlig och fri ίΓδη fällningar, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller erytrosin fixerat ρδ ett substrat, som är stärkelse, dextrin, socker, mjölktorrsubstans, gelatin, hydrokolloid eller buffertsalt, och gelatin för stabilisering av erytrosinet i en vattenlösning med ett pH under ca. 4,5.
