Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för regenerering av en koksförorenad katalysator vid fluidiserad katalytisk krackning, innefattande katalytiskt effektiva mängder av ett CO-konversionen päskyndande ämne och för i huvudsak fullständig katalytisk omvandling av kolmonoxid tili koldioxid, varvid förfarandet innefattar steg, där man a. leder tili ett tätfasigt katalysatorskikt i regenererings-zonen katalysator och färsk regenereringsgas med en första flödes-hastighet, som är tillräcklig för koksens oxidering för producering av en delvis förbrukad regenereringsgas; 23 61513 b. oxiderar koksen i första oxideringsomständigheter till vilka hör en första temperatur i katalysatorskiktet rnellan 399-677°C för producering av en delvis förbrukad, CO-inne-hällande regenereringsgas; c. upphöjer temperaturen i katalysatorskiktet frän den första temperaturen till en andra temperatur mellan 677 och 760°C; d. leder färsk regenereringsgas till katalysatorskiktet med en andra flödeshastighet, som är stökiometriskt räcknade för väsentligen fullständig oxidering av CO tili C02; e. oxiderar CO i katalysatorskiktet för producering av en förbrukad regenereringsgas, vilket skikt hälles i andra oxideringsomständigheter, tili vilka hör närvaron av det CO-konversionen päskyndande ämnet; f. analyserar den förbrukade regenereringsgasen för att fä den mätta koncentrationen fritt syre och jämför den mätta koncentrationen fritt syre med den förutbestämda koncentrationen fritt syre; och g. reglerar därefter färsk regenereringsgas tili en tredje flödeshastighet för att hälla den mätta koncentrationen fritt syre lika stor som den förutbestämda koncentrationen fritt syre, som säkerställer en väsentligen fullständing omvandling av CO tili C02, kännetecknat av att man använder en kata-lysator vid fluidiserad krackning, innehällande en katalytiskt effektiv mängd av ett CO-konversionen päskyndande ämne, som inne-häller en eller flera oxider, vilka väljs bland vanadinoxid, krom-oxid, manganoxid, jämoxid, koboltoxid, nickeloxid, kopparoxid, palladium-oxid, platinaoxid och oxider av sällsynta jordartsmetaller.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att regenereringszonen innehäller en tätfasig katalysator-skikt och ett omräde med utspädd fas, som ligger ovanför det tätfasiga skiktet.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att den första flödeshastigheten för färsk regenereringsgas motsvarar 8-12 g luft/g koks. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att den första flödeshastigheten för färsk regenereringsgas motsvarar 12-16 g luft/g koks.
