Eräs tämän laatuinen menetelmä on tunnettu suomalaisesta patenttihakemuksesta 780622. Kuitenkin tämän kohteena on ensi sijassa litteän sisäletkun ympärille pyörökudoksen kutominen venytetyistä muo-vinauhoista sekä sisä- ja ulkoletkun sivulaskosten erikokoinen muodostaminen .
Eräänä erityisenä ongelmana valmistettaessa säkkejä kaksoisletkura-doista, joissa säkeissä on kestomuovikalvoa oleva sisäsäkki ja muovi-nauhojen muodostamaa pyörökudosta oleva ulkosäkki, on kudottu ulkoletkun leikkausreunojen vahvistus katkaistaessa letkukappaleet ja tiiviiden pohjasaumojen aikaansaaminen sisäletkuratoihin. Jotta veny- 60366 tettyjen muovinauhojen lujuus ei pienenisi pohjahitsisaumojen vaikutuksesta, tehdään molemmat letkukappaleet kiinnittävä pohjasauma tavallisesti ommeIsaumaksi. Kuitenkaan ommelsauma ei voi täydellisesti tiivistää sisäletkua, joten on toivottavaa varustaa tämä pöhjaommeIsauman kanssa yhdensuuntaisella, tiivistävällä hitsisau-malla.
Sen tähden tämän keksinnön tehtävänä on aikaansaada alussa esitettyä laatua oleva menetelmä ja laitteisto, joilla yksinkertaisella tavalla kaksoisletkuradasta voidaan katkaista letkukappaleita, joissa on vahvistetut sivureunat ja poikittaishitsisaumoi11a varustetut sisä-letkut.
Keksinnön mukaan tämä tehtävä alussa esitettyä laatua olevassa menetelmässä ratkaistaan siten, että litistetty pyörökudosletku varustetaan molemmin puolin poikittain kulkevilla kuumasulatelevityksillä, jotka jäähdytetään välittömästi niiden levityksen jälkeen, ja aikaansaadaan letkukappaleet erottavat katkaisuviillot levitettyjen kuuma-sulate juovien läpi ja että sisäletkukappaleet saatetaan välin päässä kuumasulatejuovista kudosratojen läpi muovinauhojen relaksaatiolämpö-tilan alapuolella olevan hitsauslämpötilan alaiseksi kapeassa alueessa niiden poikittaisulottuvuuden yli niin pitkäksi ajaksi, että ne tulevat varustetuksi poikittaishitsisaumoilla. Keksinnön mukaisessa menetelmässä ei ainoastaan voida muodostaa letkukappaleita, joissa on kudottujen uikoletkujen vahvistetut leikkausreunat, vaan myöskin sisäletkuissa on poikittaishitsisaumat ulkokudoksen lujuuden pienenemättä.
Muovinauhojen muodostaman kudoksen myöhempien leikkauskohtien kuuma-sulatelevityksellä vahvistaminen on tunnettu saksalaisesta hakemus-julkaisusta 2 327 403.
Molemmat letkukappaleet kiinnittävät pohjasaumat voidaan valmistaa erittäin edullisella tavalla siten, että letkukappaleet kuljetetaan riippuen poikittaisleikkaus- ja hitsausasemalta niiden litistettyjen reunojen suunnassa ja käännetään niiden ylemmät reuna-alueet ympäri pöhjasaumojen asettamiseksi vaakasuoraan tasoon, jolloin reuna-alueet kierretään tai varustetaan päällysnauhoilla ja sitten ommellaan. Laite letkukappaleiden ommeIsaumoilla sulkemiseksi on tunnettu esimerkiksi saksalaisesta hakemusjulkaisusta 2 648 225.

Laitteisto keksinnön mukaisen menetelmän toteuttamiseksi, jossa laitteistossa on laite vetovalssiparin jaksottaisesti vetämien, jatkuvasti syötetyn kaksoisletkuradan letkukappalepituuksien varastoimiseksi, katkaisulaite letkunkappaleiden katkaisemiseksi kak-soisletkuradasta, elimet pohjasauman muodostamiseksi sekä kuljetin-laitteet säkkien siirtämiseksi pinkkaan, on tunnettu siitä, että pystysuorassa suunnassa siirretyn kaksoisletkuradan molemmin puolin on järjestetty ohjaimissa siirrettävät, sen kudottuja seinämiä kohti suunnatut kuumasulatteen suuttimet, jotka on yhdistetty yhteisen kannattimen välityksellä kuumasulatelevitysten päällä pyörivien jäähdytysvalssien ja näiden taakse sovitetun katkaisuterän kanssa, ja että ohjaimien alapuolelle on sovitettu sisäletkuun poi-kittaishitsisaumat aikaansaavat hitsauspalkit.
Keksinnön muut tunnusmerkit on esitetty alipatenttivaatimuksissa.
Keksinnön erästä sovellutusesimerkkiä selitetään lähemmin seuraa-vassa viitaten oheisiin piirustuksiin, joissa:

Venytettyjen muovinauhojen muodostaman pyörökudosletkun valmistamiseksi, jossa on sisäpuolinen muoviletkurata, esimerkiksi sivulaskok-silla varustetun PE-letkun 1 ympärille kudotaan pyöröpunosletku 2.

Pyörö- eli letkunkutomakoneesta on esitetty kuviossa 1 kaaviollisesti ainoastaan loimirengas 3 ja kaksi kudepuolaa 4. Pyörökudosletku sisäpuolisine muovi letkuratoineen 1 litistetään kutomisen jälkeen, jolloin kuviossa 1 on esitetty ainoastaan yksi litistysvalssi 5.
Sitten litistetty ja mahdollisesti myöskin sivulaskoksi11a varustettu pyörökudosletku 2 sisäpuolisine letkukalvoratoineen 1 johdetaan kään-tövalssin 6 yli radanvarastoon 7, joka on esitetty lähemmin kuviossa 2. Tästä radanvarastosta 7 kaksoisletkurataa 1, 2 vedetään pois kulloinkin yksi letkukappalepituus ja johdetaan kääntötelan 8 yli pystysuorassa suunnassa katkaisu- ja hitsauslaitteeseen 9, joka on esitetty lähemmin kuvioissa 3-6. Sitten kun pyörökudosletku on vahvistettu katkaisuviillon kohdalla, sisäpuolinen letkukalvorata varustettu pöhjahitsisaumoilla ja letkukappaleet 10 katkaistu katkai-suviilloilla kaksoisletkuradasta, imuhihna 11 vastaanottaa letkukappaleet 10 pystysuorassa kuljetustasossa, jolloin letkukappaleiden 10 ylhäällä olevat päätealueet menevät kaksoishihnakuljettimeen 12. Letkukappaleiden 10 kaksoishihnakuljettimen 12 yli ulkoneva pääte-alue käännetään taittolevyllä 13 kerran tai kahdesti ympäri ja letku-kappale 10 johdetaan taitetussa muodossa ompelukoneeseen 14, jbka tekee ommelsauman letkukappaleen kerran tai kahdesti ympäri käännetyn päätealueen läpi.
Sitten valmiit, pohjaompeleilla 17 varustetut säkit 15 asetetaan päällekkäin pinkkaustangon 16 päälle, jolta ne voidaan poistaa pinkoi ttain.
Kuviossa 2 esitetyn radanvaraston 7 muodostaa heilurivalssi 20, jonka vapaat päät on lakeroitu vapaasti pyörivästi vipuvarsien 19 päihin, jotka puolestaan on laakeroitu kääntyvät! laitteiston runkoon 18. Aina jaksottaisesti vedetyn kaksoisradan pituuden mukaan heilurivalssi 20 liikkuu täysviivoilla esitetyn aseman ja piste-katkoviivoilla esitetyn aseman 20' välillä.
Radanvetolaitteen muodostaa vetovalssi 21, jota moottori 22 käyttää ajoittaisesti väliin kytkettyjen käyttölaitteiden 23 välityksellä. Kaksoisletkurata painetaan puristusvalssien 24, 24' välityksellä vetovalssia 21 vasten. Kaksoisletkurata jättää radanvetolaitteen 7 nuolen 25 suunnassa.
Kuten kuvioista 3 ja 4 käy selville, laitteiston runkoon 18 on järjestetty ohjaimet kehyksen muodostamaa luistia 26 varten, joka kulkee 5 60366 ohjaimissa rullien 29 varassa. Luistiin 26 on kiinnitetty paine-väliaine-mäntä-syIinteri-yksikön 27 männän varsi, jonka yksikön sylinteri on laakeroitu niveltyvästi runkoon 18. Paineväliaine-mäntä-sylinteri-yksikön 27 välityksellä luistia 26 voidaan siirtää kaksois-nuolen 28 suunnassa edestakaisin.
Luistiin 26 pystysuorassa suunnassa siirretyn kaksoisletkuradan 1, 2 määräämän pystytason molemmin puolin sijoitettuihin kannattimiin on kiinnitetty kuumasulatteen levityssuuttimet 37, 37'. Nämä kuumasulat-teen levityssuuttimet 37, 37' syöttävät syöttöletkuja 30, 30’ pitkin tulevaa kuumasulatetta. Riippuvan kaksoisletkuradan 1, 2 määräämän tason molemmin puolin kuumasulatteen löfityssuuttimen 37, 37' taakse on sovitettu jousien 32, 32' vaikutuksen alaiset ja esittämättä jätetyissä ohjaimissa liikkuvat puristusrullat 31, 31', jotka jäähdyttävät ja jähmettävät välittömästi aikaisemmin pyörö-kudosletkuradan ulkopinnoille levitetyt kuumasulatejuovat.
Välittömästi vastakkain toimivien puristus- ja jäähdytysrullien 31, 31' taakse luistiin on kiinnitetty kannattimien välityksellä katkaisu-terä 33, joka aikaansaa katkaisuviillon keskeisesti siveltyjen kuuma-sulate juovien läpi kaksoisletkuratakappaleiden erottamiseksi.
Vaakasuoraan tasoon sovitettujen kuumasulatteen levityssuuttimien 37, 37' puristus- ja jäähdytysrullien 31, 31' sekä katkaisuterän 33 ylä- ja alapuolelle on sovitettu keskenään kaksoishihnakuljettimen muodostavat hihnat 34, 34' ja 35, 35', joiden kuljetustaso sijaitsee riippuvan kaksoisletkuradan määräämässä pystytasossa ja jotka kiertävät rullien 38, 38', 39, 39' ja 40, 40' yli.
Puristushihnoiksi muodostettuja hihnoja 34, 35, jotka kulkevat yhteiselle akselille 41 kiinnitettyjen rullien 38 yli, käyttää akselille 41 kiinnitetty ja esittämättä jätetty hammaspyörä hammaspyörän 42 välityksellä, joka on hammastuksessa hammastangon 43 kanssa, joka on kiinnitetty kannattimien 44 välityksellä laitteiston runkoon 18.
Kun luistia 26 siirretään paineväliaine-mäntä-sylinteri-yksikön 27 avulla, hammaspyörä 42 rullaa runkoon kiinnitettyä hammastankoa 43 pitkin, jolloin puristushihnat 34, 34' ja 35, 35' kiertävät luistin nopeutta vastaavalla nopeudella, joka kuitenkin on vastakkainen luistin nopeudelle. Rullat 39, 40 ja 39', 40' on sovitettu siirretysti toisiinsa nähden siten, että niiden yli kulkevat puristushihnat 60366 34, 34' ja 35, 35' muodostavat tuloraon 36. Siirrettäessä luistia 26 paineväliaine-mäntä-sylinteri-yksikön 27 välityksellä pystysuorasti riippuva kaksoisletkurata 1, 2 tulee tulorakoon 36, siihen tarttuvat puristushihnat 34, 34' ja 35, 35' ja pitävät sen välissään levossa laitteiston rungon suhteen, koska ne kiertävät samalla, mutta luistin nopeudelle vastakkaisella nopeudella.
Kun luisti 26 on siirtynyt riippuvan kaksoisletkuradan 1, 2 leveyden yli, kuumasulatelevitykset 45 ovat vahvistaneet katkaisuviilloksen 46 muodostamat pyörökudosletkuradan leikkausreunat.
Luistin 26 liiketason alapuolelle, riippuvan kaksoisletkuradan 1, 2 molemmin puolin on sovitettu paineilmasylintereiden 49, 50 avulla vastakkain siirrettävät hitsausleuat 47, 48, jotka varustavat PE-sisäletkun pyörökudosletkuradan läpi pohjahitsisaumalla 51.
Kuumasulatejuovien vahvistamilla leikkausreunoilla ja sisäletkun 1 pöhjahitsisaumoilla 51 varustetut letkukappaleet 10 tulevat sitten imuhihnan 11 vastaanottamaksi ja varustetaan reuna-alueiden kääntämisen jälkeen pöhjaompeleilla 17, jotka sijaitsevat sisäletkun 1 tiivistävien pöhjahitsisaumojen 51 päällä.

1. Menetelmä yksipuolisesti avoimien säkkien valmistamiseksi, joissa on venytettyjen muovinauhojen muodostamaa pyörökudosta oleva kantava ulkosäkki ja tämän kanssa pohjasaumalla yhdistetty tiivistävä, kestomuovikalvoa oleva sisäsäkki, jolloin sisäsäkit muodostavan litteän letkuradan (1) ympärille kudotaan ulkosäkit muodostava pyörö-kudosletku (2), katkaistaan kaksoisletkuradasta letkukappaleita (10) ja varustetaan nämä, molemmat letkukappaleet kiinnittävillä pohja-saumoilla (17), tunnettu siitä, että litistetty pyörökudos-letku (2) varustetaan molemmin puolin poikittain kulkevilla kuuma-sulatelevityksillä (45), jotka jäähdytetään välittömästi niiden levityksen jälkeen, ja aikaansaadaan letkukappaleet erottavat katkai-suviillot (46) levitettyjen kuumasulatejuovien (45) läpi ja että sisäletkukappaleet saatetaan välin päässä kuumasulatejuovista ku-dosratojen läpi muovinauhojen relaksaatiolämpötilan alapuolelle olevan hitsauslämpötilan alaiseksi kapeassa alueessa niiden poikit-taisulottuvuuden yli niin pitkäksi ajaksi, että ne tulevat varustetuiksi poikittaishitsisaumoilla (51).
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kaksoisletkurata siirretään pystysuorassa suunnassa, ennen kuin se varustetaan kuumasulatelevityksillä (45) ja poikittaisleik-kausviivoilla (46).
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että letkukappaleet kuljetetaan riippuen poikittaisleikkaus-ja hitsausasemalta (9) niiden litistettyjen reunojen suunnassa ja käännetään niiden ylemmät reuna-alueet ympäri pöhjasaumojen (17) asettamiseksi vaakasuoraan tasoon.
4. Laitteisto patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaisen menetelmän toteuttamiseksi, jossa laitteistossa on laite (7) vetovalssiparin (5, 6) jaksottaisesti vetämien, jatkuvasti syötetyn kaksoisletkuradan (1, 2) letkukappalepituuksien varastoimiseksi, katkaisulaite (9) letkun-kappaleiden (10) katkaisemiseksi kaksoisletkuradasta, elimet (14) pohjasauman (17) muodostamiseksi sekä kuljetinlaitteet (12) säkkien (15) siirtämiseksi pinkkaan, tunnettu siitä, että pystysuorassa suunnassa siirretyn kaksoisletkuradan (1, 2) molemmin puolin on järjestetty ohjaimissa (18) siirrettävät, sen kudottuja seinämiä kohti sunnatut kuumasulatteen suuttimet (37, 37'), jotka on 8 60366 yhdistetty yhteisen kannattimen välityksellä kuumasulatelevitysten (45) päällä pyörivien jäähdytysvalssien (31, 31') ja näiden taakse sovitetun katkaisuterän (33) kanssa, ja että ohjaimien (18) alapuolelle on sovitettu sisäletkuun poikittaishitsisaumat (51) aikaansaavat hitsauspalkit (47, 48).
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen laitteisto, tunnettu siitä, että ohjainten (18) alapuolelle on sovitettu letkukappalei-ta (10) puristavat puristushihnat (12), joilla on pystysuora kuljetustaso, ja että ohjainten takana on letkukapppaleet (10) puristus-hihnoja (12) vasten asettava, letkukappaleiden ylempiä reuna-alueita kiertävä vaakasuora hihna (taittolevy 13).
