Claims (7)

1. Förfarande för beläggande av glas med en enhetlip, reflek-terande kiselbeläggning i en beläggningsstation, varvid glasets tem-peratur efter förflyttningen förbi beläggningsstationen är minst 40u °C, genom termisk sönderdelning av silanhaltig gas under icke-oxide-rande betingelser pä en glasyta, kännetecknad därav, att den silanhaltiga gasen frigöres tätt intill den heta glasytan vid väsentligen konstant tryck över det för beläggning avsedda glasets bredd i en het zon, soin sträcker sig över glasytan och är öppen mot denna, vilken heta zon bestämmer gasens ströjnningsmönster mot glasytan.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet l,kännetecknat därav, att man ästadkommer en strömningsmängd av den silanhaltiga gasen, som ästadkommer en enhetlig beläggning, och därefter regleras silankoncentrationen i gasen för uppnäende av den önskade tjockleken i beläggningen.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att den silanhaltiga gasen innehäller 0,1...20 volym-% siian, upp tili 10 volym-% väte och 70...9 9 ,9 volym-% inert gas .
4. Apparat för beläggande av glas medelst forfarandet enligt patentkravet 1, vilken apparat innefattar organ för förflyttninp av glaset förbi beläggningsstationen, vilka organ innefattar en gastill-fcrselledning (35), som sträcker sig tvärs över hanan för glaset, och en langsträckt, med öppen frontvägg försedd kairmare (40), som är be-lägen vid banan parallellt med ledningen, kännetecknad därav, att beläggningsstationen innehäller organ (36) för kylning av gasledningen (35), och gastillförselledningen (3b) och den längcträck-ta, med öppen frontvägg försedda kammaren (40) star i förbindelse med varandra utöver sin hela längd genom en öppning (43), i vilken pas-strömningen begränsas med en strypanordning (56) för gasströmningen.
5. Apparat enligt patentkravet 4,kännetecknad därav, att strypanordningen (56) för g.asströmningen bildas av en rad kana-ler (59) med liten tvärsnittsyta och gäende frän gastillförselledningen (35) tili kammaren (40), varvid dimensionerna av kanalerna (59) valts sä, att tryckfallet längs ledningen (35) är litet i jämförelse med tryckfallet längs kanalerna (59).
