Abstract

Menetelmä jätteen pneumaattisen putkikuljetusjärjestelmän siirtoputkiston liitoksien tiiveyden testaamiseksi ja/tai koeponnistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä putken sisään testattava putkiosuus erotetaan muusta putkistosta ja osuudelle johdetaan paineväliainetta ja tarkkaillaan vuotoja ja/tai paineväliaineen painetta testattavalla putkiosuudella. Menetelmässä putkiston sisään viedään laite, jossa on ensimmäinen seinämäosa (21), jossa on ensimmäiset tiivistyselimet (31) ja toinen seinämäosa (22), jossa on toiset tiivistyselimet (33), jolloin testattava putkiosuus, erityisesti liitoskohta, jää ensimmäisen seinämäosan (21) ja toisen seinämäosan (22) väliin, jolloin ensimmäisen seinämäosan tiivistyselimet (31) saatetaan tiivistymään putken sisäpintaan (14) ja toisen seinämäosan (22) tiivistyselimet (33) saatetaan tiivistymään putken sisäpintaan (15) ja tuodaan paineväliainetta ensimmäisen seinämäosan (21) ja toisen seinämäosan (22) sekä putkiosuuden sisäpinnan rajaamaan kammiotilaan (23) ja mitataan painetta, paineen muutosta tai muuten indikoidaan mahdollinen putkiosuuden tiiveysvirhe.
