- 前記装置は、シール手段(31、33)として機能する前記ベローズ手段へ、前記ベローズ手段の前記チャンバー(32、34)内に圧力媒体を送る、前記装置の前記本体(24)に配置された圧力媒体チャンネル(28、29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバースペース(23)内に圧力媒体を送る圧力媒体チャンネル(27)が前記装置の前記本体(24)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 圧力媒体は、前記管の壁に形成される開口(12)から前記チャンバースペース(23)内に送られることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記壁部(21、22)に関連して、支持壁(35、36;37、38)が前記管部の前記横断方向に互いから或る距離をおいて存在しており、前記支持壁間の前記空間にシール手段(31、33)として機能するベローズ手段が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
