Claims (8)
1. Menetelmä mikrofibrilloidusta selluloosasta muodostetun suspension valmistamiseksi, menetelmän käsittäessä vähintään seuraavat vaiheet: - aikaansaadaan luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen vesipitoinen suspensio, - lisätään luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen suspensioon lisäainetta, joka käsittää vähintään yhtä luonnon polymeeriä, - syötetään saatu seos, joka käsittää luonnollisia selluloosakuituja, ja lisäaine homogenisaattoriin tai fluidisaattoriin, tunnettu siitä, että lisäaine koostuu ainoastaan yhdestä tai useammasta luonnon polymeeristä, joka on valittu karboksimetyyliselluloosasta (CMC), metyyliselluloosasta, hydroksipropyyliselluloosasta, tärkkelyksestä, karrageenista, karobikumiliimasta, tamarindikumista, kitosaanista, kitiinistä, guarkumista, selluloosajohdannaisista, kuten nanofibrilloidusta selluloosasta, ja mistä tahansa näiden sekoituksista, ilman mitään muita kemikaaleja, ja lisäaine lisätään luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen suspensioon lämpötilassa, joka on välillä 5-80 °C, jolloin luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen ja lisäaineen seos syötetään suoraan homogenisaattoriin tai fluidisaattoriin sen jälkeen, kun lisäaine on lisätty luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen suspensioon.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lisäainetta lisätään määrällisesti 2-75 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 5-60 painoprosenttia, edullisemmin 7-50 painoprosenttia, ja vielä edullisemmin 10-30 painoprosenttia laskettuna kokonaiskuiva-aineesta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lisäaine käsittää tärkkelystä ja/tai karboksimetyyliselluloosaa.

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen ja lisäaineen seos syötetään homogenisaattoriin tai fluidisaattoriin syöttösakeudessa 1-50 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 1-30 painoprosenttia, edullisemmin 2-20 painoprosenttia, vielä edullisemmin 3-15 painoprosenttia kuiva-aineesta laskettuna.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että luonnolliset selluloosakuidut ovat peräisin lehtipuusta.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että luonnolliset selluloosakuidut ovat valkaistuja tai valkaisemattomia ja ne on valittu koivukuiduista, eukalyptuskuiduista, akaasiakuiduista, haapakuiduista, poppelikuiduista, valeakaasiakuiduista, vaahterakuiduista tai näiden sekoituksista, edullisesti valkaistuista koivukuiduista.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että aika lisäaineen luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen suspensioon lisäämisen ja luonnollisten selluloosakuitujen ja lisäaineen seoksen homogenisaattoriin tai fluidisaattoriin syöttämisen välillä on < 15 min, edullisesti < 5 min.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että homogenisointi tai fluidisointi suoritetaan paine-eron vaikutuksen alaisena.
