Claims (20)

1. Polyesterasprotein, som innehäller en aminosyrasekvens som har ätminstone 50-procents identitet med sekvens nr 2 eller 6, eller en variant 5 därav med polyesterasaktivitet.
2. Protein enligt patentkrav 1, vilket protein innehäller en aminosyrasekvens enligt sekvens nr 4, 7, 8 eller 9, eller en variant därav med polyesterasaktivitet.
3. Protein enligt patentkrav 1, vilket protein har atminstone 80-, 90-, 10 95- eller 98-procents identitet med sekvens nr 2, 4 eller 6.
4. Protein enligt patentkrav 1, vilket protein har minst kutinas- eller suberinasaktivitet eller bada.
5. Protein enligt patentkrav 4, vilket dessutom har lipasaktivitet.
6. Protein enligt patentkrav 1, vilket protein härstammar frän svam-15 pen Coprinus, företrädesvis Coprinus cinereus.
7. Protein enligt patentkrav 6, vilket protein härstammar frän svam-pen C. cinereus, och vilket innehäller en aminosyrasekvens som motsvarar sekvens nr 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 eller 9, eller en variant därav, med minst kutinas- eller suberinasaktivitet eller bäda.
8. Isolerad polynukleotid, som valts ur gruppen som bestär av: a) en polynukleotid som innehäller en nukleotidsekvens enligt sekvens nr 1, 3 eller 5, eller en nukleotidsekvens som kodar för ett protein enligt patentkrav 1, b) en sekvens som är komplementär till sekvensen i punkt a), och 25 c) en sekvens, som är degenererad i förhällande till den genetiska koden till en sekvens enligt punkt a) eller b).
9. Vektor som innehäller en polynukleotid enligt patentkrav 8.
10. Genetiskt modifierad mikroorganism, som transformerats med en vektor enligt patentkrav 9. 30

Förfarande för att framställa ett polyesterasprotein enligt patent krav 1, vilket förfarande omfattar steg där man transformerar en mikroorganism med en vektor som innehäller en polynukleotid enligt patentkrav 8, odlar den transformerade mikroorganismen under betingelser som tilläter expression av nämnda polynukleotid, och tar tillvara det expresserade proteinet. 35
12. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 11, där polynukleotiden erhälls ur svampen Coprinus cinereus, och expresseras i en värd, som väljs ur gruppen som bestär av: Trichoderma, Saccharomyces, Pichia, Aspergillus och bakteri-er, företrädesvis är värden T. reesei.
13. Enzympreparat som innehäller ett protein enligt patentkrav 1.
14. Förfarande för att hydrolysera kutin, suberin eller nägon annan 5 polyester, vilket förfarande innehäller steg där man behandlar kutin, suberin eller nägot annat material som innehäller polyester med ett protein enligt patentkrav 1 under betingelser som tilläter partiell eller total hydrolys av nämnda polyester.
15. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 14, vilket omfattar ett steg där man 10 behandlar rävaror för jordbruk eller livsmedel eller biprodukter som erhällits ur grönsaker, frukter, bär, eller säd med nämnda protein.
16. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 14, vilket omfattar ett steg där man behandlar trärävaror, massa- eller pappersprodukter, processavfall eller -vatten eller biprodukter med nämnda protein. 15
17. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 14, vilket omfattar ett steg där man modifierar syntetiska eller andra av mänskan framställda polyesterfiber eller -textiler med nämnda protein.
18. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 14, vilket omfattar ett steg där man med nämnda protein avlägsnar fläckar eller fett frän byke eller disk. 20
19. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 14, vilket omfattar ett steg där man depolymeriserar kutin eller suberin med nämnda protein.
20. Användning av ett protein enligt patentkrav 1, eller ett enzympreparat enligt patentkrav 13 inom livsmedelsindustrin, massa- eller pappers-industrin, textilindustrin, eller inom tvätt- eller diskmedelstillämpningar eller i 25 kemisk syntes.
