Claims (12)

1. Förfarande för sammanfogning av termoplaströr (1) med en tili sitt tvärsnitt huvudsakligen rektangelformad ihälig profil (2) och tillverkade medelst spirallindning, varvid termoplaströrens ändar bearbetas pä sä sätt, att röret erhäller en trappformig ändyta 5 genom att profilen (2) skärs utmed profilens radiella sidovägg i rörets ände pä sä sätt, att de bearbetade rörändamas (spiralens) stigvinkel (β) är väsentligen densamma, samt genom att profilens ände (3) skärs, vars skämings (3) form är väsentligen förenlig med den pä samma sätt bearbetade rörände avsedd att anslutas därtill, varefter de rör (1) som skall sammanfogas anordnas tili rörpressar coaxialt med varandra pä ett avständ frän varandra pä 10 sä sätt, att de avskuma profiländama (3) anordnas väsentligen mot varandra, kännetecknat av att en med uppvärmningsorgan försedd svetsspegel (5) avsedd att anordnas enligt rörens bearbetade ändytor placeras i en spalt mellan de rör (1) som skall sammanfogas, 15 rörändama pressas mot den uppvärmda svetsspegeln för att värma upp termoplastmaterialet i rörändama tili en svetstemperatur pä sä sätt, att plastmaterialet i fogytoma blir plastiskt, svetsspegeln (5) mellan rören avlägsnas, de uppvärmda rörändama pressas mot varandra pä sä sätt, att termoplastmaterialen 20 smälter samman och bildar en svetsfog, och svetsfogen far kylas av.
2. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att profilens (2) ände (3) skärs i en rak eller tmbbig vinkel (a), som är lika stor för de bäda rören, som skall sammanfogas.
3. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att skämingen av profilen (2) i 25 rörets ände utförs utmed dess sidoväggs inneryta, vilken sidovägg är fäst vid det närmast föregäende lindningsskiktet, pä basis av vilket en till sin väggtjocklek dubbel ändyta ästadkoms.
4. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att rörens (1) avskuma profiländar (3) sammanfogas i ett separat arbetssteg efter rörens sammanfogande. 10
5. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 4, kännetecknat av att rörens (1) profiländar (3) sammanfogas medelst svetsning, foreträdesvis medelst extrusionssvetsning.
6. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att en öppning i profilens (2) skuma ände (3) tillslutes i samband med bearbetningen av röränden. 5
7. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 6, kännetecknat av att tillslutningen utförs medelst svetsning av en plastplatta pä den avskuma profiländen (3).
8. Svetsspegel (5, 5') för sammanfogning av tvä termoplaströr med en ihälig profil (2) och tillverkade medelst spirallindning, vilken svetsspegel är försedd med uppvärmningsorgan, kännetecknad av att svetsspegeln kan anordnas utmed kavitetsprofilens radiella sidovägg 10 (6) enligt formen av det skuma rörets ändyta.
9. Svetsspegel i enlighet med patentkrav 8, kännetecknad av att svetsspegeln uppvisar en form av en avskuren ringskiva.
10. Svetsspegel i enlighet med patentkrav 9, kännetecknad av att den uppvisar organ (24) för justering och/eller läsning av det axiella avständet av den avskuma ringskivans ändar.
11. Svetsspegel i enlighet med patentkrav 9 eller 10, kännetecknad av att den uppvisar organ (24, 24') för att förena den avskuma ringskivans ändar, vilka organ företrädesvis kan uppvärmas.
12. Svetsspegel (5') i enlighet med patentkrav 8 eller 11, kännetecknad av att den kan anordnas enligt skämingsformen av kavitetsprofilens (2) ände (3).
