Claims (5)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en cylindrisk retardmikrotablett, vilken tablett har en konvex eller 5 slät övre och nedre sida och som innehäller som verksamt ämne β-fenylpropiofenonderivat med formeln I L2_c„ ,~q Ui5;>^\0-CH2-CH0H-CH2-NHR där R är n-propyl eller 1,1-dimetylpropyl och deras farma-10 kologiskt godtagbara salter och vars a) höjd och diameter är oberoende av varandra 1-3 mm, b) koncentration av verksamt ämne är 81-99,9 vikt-procent av mikrotabletten utan att emellertid ta i betrak- 15 tande vikten av en eventuellt förekommande beläggning och det verksamma ämnets densitet är over 1, c) i en USP Paddle-model 1, dä varvhastigheten är 50 rpm, har efter 3 timmar högst 80 % och efter 24 timmar minst 80 % av det verksamma ämnet frigjorts, ; 20 d) frigöringshastighet är praktiskt sett oberoende ' * ; av tabletternas pressningstryck, och ’· e) tabletten innehäller inte nägot retarderande V : hjälpmedel, men 0,1-5 viktprocent glidämne och 0-18,9 viktprocent andra vanliga hjälpmedel, kännetecknat ’ 25 av att 81-99,9 viktprocent av det verksamma ämnet granule- ; ; ras tili en kornstorlek, som är under 1 mm, dä det verk- samma ämnets densitet är over 1, de erhällna kornen tor- t I I I., kas, i kornen blandas 0,1-5 viktprocent glidämne och 0- • · 18,9 viktprocent andra, vanliga, icke-retarderande hjälp-* 30 medel, den erhällna homogena blandningen pressas tili cy- *;**; linderform och avlägsnas frän formen. 114610 17
