Claims (10)
1. Kommunikationsanordning (100, 116), kanne- tecknadav att den omfattar: (a) ett referensorgan (112), som inför 5 referenssymboler i ett flöde av indatasymboler (110) för att bilda ett referenskodat flöde (114) av indatasymboler samt (b) ett spridningsorgan (117), som är operativt kopplat till referensorganet (112) och som 10 förbereder indatasymbolernas (110) referenskodade flöde (114) för sändning pä en kommunikationskanal (120) genom att sprida det referenskodade flödet (114) av indatasymboler medelst en spridningskod, innan det sänds pä kommunikationskanalen (120).

Kommunikationsanordning (100, 116) omfattande: . : (a) en demodulator (126), (b) en kanalestimator (134), som är operativt kopplad tili demodulatorn (126) och anordnad att estimera 25 kanalresponsen; samt ·;·’ c) en detektor (140, 154), som är operativt kopplad :,:V tili demodulatorn (126) och kanalestimatorn (134) 112010 36 och anordnad att generera en estimerad datasymbol fran flödet (138) av datasampel genom att utnyttja den estimerade kanalresponsen, kännetecknad av att 5 demodulatorn är anordnad att med hjälp av en spridningskod avsprida en mottagen kommunikationssignal för att härleda ett flöde (132) av referenssampel och flödet (138) av datasampel; och en kanalestimator är anordnad att 10 estimera kanalresponsen genom att utnyttja flödet (132) av referenssampel.

Kommunikationsanordning (122, 154) enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad av att demodulatorn (126) 15 omfattar en första avspridare, som är anordnad att avsprida den mottagna kommunikationssignalen med hjälp av en första avspridningskod och med en första avspridningshastighet för att härleda flödet (132) av referenssampel, samt en andra avspridare anordnad att 20 avsprida den mottagna kommunikationssignalen med hjälp av en andra avspridningskod och med en andra avspridningshastighet för att härleda flödet (136) av ; : datasampel. v

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 7, kännetecknat av att fasen för införsel omfattar införsel av referenssymboler i flödet (110) av 15 indatasymboler i enlighet med en införselalgoritm för att bilda ett referenskodat flöde (114) av indatasymboler och att införselalgoritmen omfattar införsel av referenssymboler med en hastighet, som är högre än tvä gänger kanalvariationsfrekvensen hos den 20 kommunikationskanal (120) pä vilken den spridda referenskodade flödet av indatasymboler skall sändas.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 9, 10 kännetecknat av att estimeringsfasen omfattar: (a) generering av ett estimat av en kanalrespons, som är associerad med respektive referenssampel, genom lägpassfiltrering av flödet av referenssampel (132); och 15 c) generering av en estimerad kanalrespons mellan ätminstone tvä kanalresponser estimerade med hjälp : av referenssamplen.
