Claims (15)
1. Förfarande för att producera mutantproteaser, som awi-ker frän ett vildtyp-proteas beträffande ätminstone en ami- 5 nosyra, kännetecknat därav, att man i nämnda förfarande an-vänder som uttryckningsvärd en Bacillus-stam, som inte för-mär producera ett subtilisinenzym.
