Claims (15)

1. Förfarande för att producera mutantproteaser, som awi-ker frän ett vildtyp-proteas beträffande ätminstone en ami- 5 nosyra, kännetecknat därav, att man i nämnda förfarande an-vänder som uttryckningsvärd en Bacillus-stam, som inte för-mär producera ett subtilisinenzym.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, 10 att Bacillus-stammen förmär producera livsdugliga, värme- beständiga sporer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att Bacillus-stammen är Spo- och Npr-. 15
