DISPOSITIVO SEMICONDUCTOR ACOPLADO POR CARGAS. SE TRATA DE UN DISPOSITIVO SENSOR, CON ESPECIAL APLICACION COMO SENSOR DE IMAGENES, EN EL QUE PUEDE DUPLICARSE LA DENSIDAD DE INFORMACION POR EL HECHO DE QUE LOS ELECTRODOS (21, 22, 31, 32...) SE CONMUTAN POR SEPARADO ENTRE UNA SEÑAL DE RELOJ Y UNA SEÑAL DE REFERENCIA. LAS SEÑALES DE RELOJ Y LAS SEÑALES DE REFERENCIA SE OBTIENEN COMO SEÑALES DE SALIDA DE UN REGISTRO DE DESPLAZAMIENTO (13) CONTROLADO POR UN RELOJ MULTIFASICO QUE PUEDE ESTAR REALIZADO EN TECNOLOGIA CMOS. PUEDEN EXISTIR, IGUALMENTE, REGISTROS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO DINAMICO QUE COMPRENDA VARIAS CIRCUITOS INVERSORES QUE ESTAN INTERCONECTADOS POR MEDIO DE TRANSISTORES DE CONMUTACION CONTROLADOS POR EL RELOJ.
