CONSISTE EN LA TETRAPOLOIDIZACION, CON MUTACION DE GENOMAS, DE MANZANILLAS DIPLOIDES, EN LAS QUE EL (-)-A-BISABOLOL ES EL COMPONENTE PRINCIPAL DEL ACEITE ESENCIAL; SELECCION DE LAS PLANTAS TETRAPLOIDES ASI OBTENIDAS, Y SELECCION DE NUEVO, DE ENTRE ESTAS, DE AQUELLAS CUYAS FLORES SECADAS A 40JC TIENEN, AL MENOS, 100 MG% DE CAMAZULENO, AL MENOS 200 MG% DE (-)-A-BISABOLOL Y, A LO SUMO, 50 MG% DE LOS DEMAS BISABOLOIDES. LA TETRAPLOIDIZACION SE EFECTUA MEDIANTE PRODUCTOS QUIMICOS, A TEMPERATURA ENTRE 0JC Y 35JC, O CON RAYOS GAMMA, RAYOS X O RADIACIONES ULTRAVIOLETA.
