COMPRENDE LA PRECIPITACION EN TRES ETAPAS SUCESIVAS, REALIZADAS EN UNA CASCADA DE RECIPIENTES DISPUESTOS EN SERIE, EN LA PRIMERA DE LAS CUALES SE INTRODUCE EN EL RECIPIENTE UN LIQUIDO DE ALUMINATO CON UN CONTENIDO EQUIVALENTE A 110-175 G DE NA2O G/LITRO, Y UNA RELACION DE AL2O3/NA2O DE 1,10 A 1,20, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 70JC A 75JC Y SE SIEMBRA CON 20 A 120 G DE TRIHIDRATO POR LITRO DE ALUMINATO; EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA SE PRODUCE UNA CANTIDAD DE MATERIA SECA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 400 Y 800 G/L DE SUSPENSION POR DESCOMPOSICION DE ALUMINATO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50JC Y 65JC, Y EN LA MISMA SE PROVOCA UNA RETENCION SELECTIVA DE ALUMINA; Y EN LA TERCERA ETAPA SE HACE UN APORTE MASIVO DE CEBOS FINOS CON GRAN SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 45JC A 55JC.
