COMPRENDE LA REACCION DE UNA DISOLUCION ALCOHOLICA DE UNA BASE TAL COMO HIDROXIDOS SODICO, POTASICO, LITICO O AMONICO, O LOS CORRESPONDIENTES ALCOXIDOS DE 1 A 5 ATOMOS DE CARBONO, CON SULFATO SODICO DE HIDROXILAMONIO, EN METANOL O ETANOL, A UNA TEMPERATURA, BAJO UNA PRESION Y DURANTE UN TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA PRODUCIR UNA FASE LIQUIDA QUE CONTIENE POR LO MENOS EL 50% DE LAS CANTIDADES DE HIDROXILAMINA DEL SULFATO DE HIDROXILAMONIO; SEPARACION DE LAS FASES LIQUIDA Y SOLIDA; Y REACCION DE LA FASE LIQUIDA CON UN ACIDO ORGANICO O INORGANICO DISTINTO DE ACIDO SULFURICO, PARA PRODUCIR OTRA SAL DE HIDROXILAMONIO. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES COMO INTERMEDIOS EN LA SINTESIS DE DIVERSOS PRODUCTOS QUIMICOS.
